Curcumin is the active ingredient in turmeric (Curcuma longa). Tumeric has been traditionally used to help keep joints supple.
We use the original Meriva® of proven quality, which is a curcumin phytosome. Thanks to its linkage to SOY lecithin (called a phytosome), this curcumin is absorbed 29 times better in the body. Moreover, of all turmeric preparations on the market, in the field of motility Meriva has been studied the most extensively.
Vitamin C helps normal collagen formation, which supports the normal fuction of bones and cartilage, a component of joint tissue.
